Upgrading Storage on Acronis Cyber Backup

You can add additional storage to your backup order if you are running out of space or you would want to support additional servers on the same Acronis account. 

Add additional storage for an existing backup order.

  1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the server order and go to the Order Information view.

  2. Click Server Backups by Acronis.

  3. Click Add Storage.

  4. Mention the storage size (in GB) you would like to purchase for the backup in the storage field. 

    • The storage that you will add will be added to your total backup limit. For example, if you already have 50 GB backup space and you add 20 GB, your total backup limit will now be 70 GB. However, only 20 GB will be available if you have already used up the existing 50 GB space.
    • Depending on the type of files you are backing up, make sure there is enough storage available for the backups to happen successfully. If you run out of storage space, the system will not be able to backup your files. 
  5. Click the Buy Now button.

  6. Proceed to pay for the Invoice generated.

  7. Once you pay for the invoice, the system will provision your additional storage in a few minutes.
